Welcome to Casa Vinyamar, our peaceful family home in the heart of Alella, surrounded by vineyards and shaped by years of everyday moments. From the first time we walked in, we were drawn to the sense of space and calm. The open-plan living and dining area, filled with light from wide windows and sliding doors, quickly became the heart of our home. It’s where we shared family meals, had long conversations, and enjoyed quiet evenings together.

Just off the living space, the kitchen brought us closer in ways we hadn’t expected. The large island became more than a feature — it was where homework got done, breakfast was shared, and laughter filled the air during weeknights with friends. The full-height window wall with a sliding door opened everything up, making the kitchen feel connected to the garden and the rest of the house.

The living room also opens seamlessly to the outside, with sliding glass doors mounted on double rails, allowing them to be opened in multiple configurations. Every room in the house connects directly to the wrap-around garden through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, creating a natural flow between indoors and out.

The layout made daily life easy. A separate laundry area with built-in storage for shoes, cleaning products, and other essentials helped keep everything organized. The four bedrooms gave each of us our own space. The master suite was a quiet retreat, complete with its own en-suite bathroom, large closets with stacked pull-down racks for optimal storage, and direct access to a very spacious private section of the backyard. The three additional bedrooms also open out to the garden and are served by a second full bathroom, centrally located for convenience. Whether it was the kids running outside to play, guests enjoying their own private corner, or simply stepping out for a moment of calm, it brought so much joy.

We’ve also appreciated the thoughtful, practical features that made everyday living more comfortable — including air-conditioning and heating powered by an efficient aerothermia system. The security blinds can be adjusted to block direct sunlight while still allowing fresh air to flow, keeping the home cool and breezy in the summer months. Our share of the community’s photovoltaic solar panels has helped significantly reduce energy costs, and the home holds a strong energy efficiency rating of Class B.

The extra-large private storage room helped us keep everything in its place, and the two private parking spaces gave us peace of mind.

The location has truly been one of the greatest comforts. The public school El Fabra is within walking distance of the home, making it safe and easy for children to walk on their own. The house is just a 2-minute walk from the center of Alella and a 10-minute walk to the bus stop with direct service to central Barcelona — a smooth 20-minute ride that made commuting simple and efficient.

The community is always well maintained and friendly, and being so close to everyday essentials made everything easier. From morning visits to the bakery to walking the children to school or enjoying lunch with friends, having everything nearby has been a real gift.

What makes Casa Vinyamar truly special is the way life flows from indoors to out. The wraparound garden touches every room, creating shaded corners to rest, sunny spaces to play, and plenty of room to gather. Whether it was a summer barbecue, a glass of local wine at sunset, or quiet moments with a book, this home has given us countless memories.
